Three different claims often get blurred together
Natural
Describes material source or composition, but is not automatically an organic certification.
Organic component
A specific input—such as latex or cotton—may be certified to an organic standard.
Finished-product certification
Some standards can cover broader manufacturing and product requirements. Verify the certificate scope.
Where Eco Terra fits
Eco Terra currently identifies its latex as GOLS-certified organic and its cotton and wool as GOTS-certified organic. That is more specific than a generic “natural mattress” claim.
